In 2007 I created a hot sauce that would eventually become my original Liquid Gold Hot Sauce. In 2012 I started Precious Sauces after a management career in the restaurant and grocery industries. Precious Sauces was established on pure inspiration and by a desire for a healthy, spicy, gourmet alternative to the harsh vinegar-based products on the market. I wanted a product that stuck that perfect balance between intense flavor and spicy heat.
